These photos were taken on Thursday afternoon, May 8th, 2003, just north of Capital Reef National Park. This ATV destruction is clearly visible from Interstate 70 (the sem-truck in the last picture is on I70). Enforcement and prosecution of these willful crimes against your public property obviously must not be a priority for the the State of Utah or the Utah personnel with the Bureau of Land Management. Contact the State of Utah and and the Utah BLM and tell them you want your public land treasures preserved not vandalized!
